Terms and Conditions
By scheduling service with Simply Clean Pro Wash, you agree to the following:
Services
We will perform the services agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional work requested may result in added cost.

Water Usage
We use your on-site water supply to complete the job. Pressure washing uses a noticeable amount of water, and the customer is responsible for all water usage costs.

Surface Condition & Results
Not all stains or discoloration can be fully removed. Some surfaces may appear uneven after cleaning due to:
- Sun fading or oxidation
- Weathering or aging materials
- Previous damage or repairs

Cleaning may reveal imperfections that were not visible before.
​
​
Risk of Damage
We use safe, professional methods, but we are not responsible for damage due to:
- Loose siding, paint, brick, or mortar
- Improper installation
- Pre-existing damage
- Worn or fragile surfaces

Chemicals & Plant Protection
We use professional cleaning solutions and take steps to protect your property, including rinsing plants and surrounding areas. However, some risk to landscaping may still exist. Please notify us of any sensitive areas ahead of time.

Concrete Sealing (If Applicable)
​We are not responsible for the performance or longevity of any sealant unless sealing services are specifically purchased and agreed upon.
Proper sealing requires fully cured, clean, and dry concrete. The Customer acknowledges that:

Existing stains (oil, rust, etc.) may still be visible after cleaning and may show through sealant

Weather conditions, moisture, and prior treatments can affect results

Sealer appearance (including color or sheen) may vary across the surface
If sealing is not part of the service, Simply Clean Pro Wash is not responsible for any future issues related to sealing or surface appearance.

Sealer Selection (If Applicable)
If sealing services are provided, the Customer understands that different types of sealers (including water-based, solvent-based, matte, or high-gloss finishes) produce varying results in appearance, durability, and traction.
The Customer is responsible for selecting their preferred sealer and finish. Simply Clean Pro Wash will provide general guidance but does not guarantee a specific appearance or outcome.
The Customer acknowledges that:

Color enhancement, sheen, and finish may vary

Some sealers may appear uneven depending on surface condition

Glossy sealers may increase surface slickness, especially when wet
Simply Clean Pro Wash is not responsible for dissatisfaction related to sealer choice once applied.

​Customer Responsibilities
Before service, please:
- Close all windows and doors
- Move fragile or valuable items away from work areas
- Ensure clear access to water

Photos & Marketing
We may take before and after photos/videos for marketing and portfolio use. Let us know in advance if you prefer your property not be used.

Payment
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
​
Scheduling & Weather
We may need to reschedule due to weather or unforeseen issues. We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

​
Satisfaction
If you’re not satisfied, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll do our best to make it right. Some stains (oil, rust, deep-set marks) may not be fully removable.
